Garbage
So now that I've wrestled with the new heading feature and the centerization feature and finding the pic that goes at the top of the page (the emoji was basically the same as before), let's see how the link feature works or if it does work....
SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!! I CANNOT DO THE BLOG LIKE THIS AT ALL WITH JUST RAW URLS & NO TEXT TO LINK TO THE URLS!!!!! NO SENIOR CITIZENS ARE GOING TO BE ABLE TO READ LET ALONE UNDERSTAND THE URLS. WHAT HAPPENED TO LINKING TEXT TO THE URLS EH GOGGLE?????????????
Link as they would look now - using an actual link to an actual story:
Now how the links USED to look before they changed their way of doing it to this new idiotic way:
'New Normal' Emerges for Companies Navigating Covid-19 Pandemic
Only it was in blue with an underline underneath it like the link in blue above, BECAUSE IT WAS A LINK to the story that the link above was to, but much easier to read and understand for a senior.
If they insist on doing it the wobby eyed GEEKY way where you have to be a GEEK to understand the URL you're clicking on and know that it's something you actually want to read before going there, only to find out it's not exactly the type of article you thought you were going to read, because you didn't understand the URL gobbledy gook, then I have to quit doing this because my intended target audience is not going to wade through URL geekiola like that.
Anyhow, until or unless they fix that feature for linking articles to the titles of the articles like before, I quit, because it'll just be a colossal waste of my time to continue, considering the audience this is directed towards. So without further ado, I bid you all adieu and hope that you all stay safe, and well informed on the virus and all the stupid legalities and laws that change not only from day to day but second to second sometimes. In the meantime if any or all of you wish to get get on Goggle's case about this faux pas of theirs of not allowing the article titles to be displayed for the URL links, then be my guests. The more the merrier.
