I imagine a lot of people in those areas got information sent to them detailing places related to helping seniors during this pandemic and the stay at home "orders" by the Quebec government, but I bet it was mostly all in French. For those of you who don't understand French, I'm providing that information in English here: 

211 - Is a phone service that provides information on community services, allowing you to learn about services available near you. It is open 7 days a week, from 8am - 6pm ☎

811 - Which was used to contact nurses in the case of needing medical advice or assistance, is now focused on helping those under psychological stress, panic, severe anxiety relating to COVID19 and it's available 24/7. ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ ๐Ÿ˜ฑ ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Home Services Vaudreuil-Soulanges will help get groceries, medications, & prepare meals, for a fee based on your income. They are located at 17, boul. de la Cite-des-Jeunes Est, bureau 220, Vaudreuil-Dorion.
